Recruitment Process
1. Submit Your CV
Candidates are invited to submit their CV to: cseehr@ahi-carrier.eu.
The Human Resources Department registers CVs in a database according to the candidate’s specialization. CVs are kept for one year and then deleted. The company ensures the confidentiality of all personal data and does not transfer them to third parties, in accordance with Greek laws N.2472/97 and N.2819/2000 on data protection.
2. Application Review
For each open position, available CVs are evaluated to ensure they meet all required criteria. Candidates who meet the requirements are invited to the interview stage.
3. Structured Interviews
Selected candidates are invited for an interview. The focus is on evaluating knowledge, experience, skills, and personality traits essential for effective performance in the role.
4. Updates
Candidates are kept informed about the progress of their application via phone or email.
5. Job Offer
The final candidate receives a Job Offer (Offer Letter) detailing the position, salary, and benefits.
