CHRISTMAS 2024 “TIKTOK COMPETITION”
CONTEST TERMS
1.Object of the competition: The company “AHI CARRIER SOUTHEASTERN EUROPE AIR CONDITIONING SINGLE-PERSON S.A.”, which maintains offices at 18 Kifissou Ave., Athens, Attica, Postal Code 1042 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), organizes this action/competition electronically on the social network TIKTOK with the aim of promoting CARRIER products.
2.Right to participate in the competition: All permanent residents of Greece who have reached the age of 18 are entitled to participate in the competition. Employees of the Organizer, as well as their relatives of the first and second degree, and their spouses are excluded.
3. Duration-Method of Participation-Gifts: The competition will be held on the Organizer’s page on TIKTOK (https://www.tiktok.com/@ahicarrier), and will last from December 24, 2024 to January 7, 2025. To participate in the competition, no product purchase is required. Participants must be registered on TIKTOK in order to take part in the competition. The competition procedure is as follows:
Users are invited to take part in the competition with their TIKTOK account. Participants must follow the following steps:
• Follow the Organizer’s page,
• Like the contest post and
• Tag one (1) friend with whom they would like to spend Christmas together.
Only the user who performs the above actions participates in the contest, not the people who are tagged. Friends who are tagged can take part in the contest themselves by following the above three steps.
All valid entries are immediately registered in a list, automatically and without any other sequence number, and participate in an electronic draw. The winner to be selected will be one (1).
A draw will be held on January 13, 2025 to determine the winner of the competition, and the winner will receive a Carrier dehumidifier with code CDF2-16Q7-1 as a gift. The gift will be delivered after January 15, 2025.
The competition prize is specific, personal and cannot be exchanged, nor can it be replaced with others or redeemed for money.
The Organizer bears no responsibility towards the winner or third parties for any accident and damage / loss that may occur during the use of the prize or for any reason.
4. Valid participation: A valid participation is understood to mean any participation for which the following applies in total:
(a) It is not, in the judgment of the Organizer, the product of illegal technical influence of the Organizer’s
systems or in general fraud or unfair interference by the contestant or a third party,
(b) It has been registered on the Organizer’s page on TIKTOK within the duration of the competition,
(c) It is in accordance with these terms,
(d) It includes all the required information as above,
(e) It does not constitute an action contrary to good and fair dealing. In particular, content that is inappropriate (including, but not limited to, obscene, offensive, defamatory or that violates personal data, intellectual property rights of third parties, etc.) is completely prohibited, and it is at the discretion of the Organizer to reject content that it deems inappropriate. Participants who post such content will be liable for any damage caused to the Organizer.
The Organizer is entitled to cancel even retrospectively any participation that does not comply with these terms.
In the event that any of the details of the participation are untrue, the participation may be excluded at any stage of the competition, including that of receiving the prize.
5. Method of Winner Selection: The draw will be conducted using the TikTok Comment Picker – Select Winner for TikTok Giveaway electronic program, which ensures the randomness of the selection and the impossibility of human intervention in the process of selecting the winners. If for any reason it is impossible to conduct the aforementioned electronic draw, the Organizer reserves the right to change the day of the draw with prior notice on its TIKTOK page.
All those who have taken part in the competition until January 7, 2025 at 23:59 are eligible to participate in the draw.
6. Notification of the registration – Receipt of the gift: The winner will be announced in a pin comment under the competition post and will be notified by private message on Tiktok within three (3) days from the date of the draw. The winner must respond to receive the prize within four (4) days from the day the personal message is sent to them, otherwise they automatically lose the right to win.
